I love getting stuff in the mail

I love getting stuff in the mail.

I look forward to getting the mail like you wouldn’t believe. Well, not bills. That’s bad mail. Everything else is like a little surprise and that is fun.

I’m a gimp that doesn’t get out too much. Can you tell? Does it show?

I have a box at the UPS store because where I live doesn’t have a mail receptacle. That would have been nice to know before I moved and changed our address to here- what a cluster fuck that ended up being. I had to change our address a second time and that kind of crap must piss off someone at the post office.

I don’t want to piss off the mail people. I want them to be my friend. They have goodies. Magazines from Partners Federal Credit Union (Disney cast member bank), coupons for restaurants that we don’t eat at, sales flyers for stores I can’t find and information on local stuff I don’t know shit about.

My friend put me on a mailing list with Wal-Mart to get free samples. Most of the free samples they send are for feminine hygiene products and I love that because Del usually has to stop and pick up the mail for me on his way home from work.

The boxes they come in don’t fit in my little mail box. If they don’t fit (or my box is too full- it’s a tiny box) they stick a yellow card in there telling us to go to the desk and get the rest of our mail.

Wal-Mart LOVES their tampons and pads samples I tell you. They put the advertisement all over the box. Samples for toilet paper however, are a huge secret because there was no indication of what was inside the box and that stressed Del out all the way home.

Everyone likes to get mail, you included. Think about it, don’t you wonder to yourself everyday what came in the mail? Aren’t you a tiny bit disappointed when it is a Sunday or a holiday and there is no mail delivery?

Today, I got something extra special in the mail- something that I will tell you all about over at my product review page a little later today. (I need to review them then take some pictures and upload them first.)
