Del. VASELINE. Grease up the feeder everywhere you can. The birds will be fine, but that little sucker will slide off.

Just use safflower seed in the feeder. Squirrels and grackles don't like it and will leave it alone.
Fill the feeder with safflower seed, the squirrels don't like it.
